Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Before I answer- I have to laugh at the comment about the story being false because Jesus never married!. How would we know if he did!? It is fiction, aka a made up story written to entertain and get the reader thinking!. I thought the movie was good, and it would probably be really good if you have never read the book!. The book was better, though!. I saw somebody suggest Angels & Demons, which is also very good!. Another good one is Digital Fortress, which I recently read!. Its a fast read but keeps your attention!. I recommend both the book and movie!. Read the book first!., however!. If you like the book and have not seen the movie then I would recommend seeing it!. Obviously the book explains everything a little better!. I hope that helps!. I did find it funny that Robert Langdon is supposed to look like Harison Ford with a tweed jacket!.Www@QuestionHome@Com I read the book a couple of years ago fantastic book one of the best I've read for a while but I didn't want to watch the movie because I thought it would perhaps not do justice to the book and I was right, I did eventually watch it and I thought some parts in the book didn't come across well on the film!.Www@QuestionHome@Com I've read the book but I did not watch the movie!. I did not like the idea of Tom Hanks playing Robert!. Even though I have not seen the movie, I highly doubt it's as good as the book!. Movies are not that long and they always take out events that happened in the book!.Www@QuestionHome@Com yes i loved the book, i have an illustrated version, so it has pictures of the paintings and buildings in, its brilliant, the film doesn't match the book though im afraid, it's worth a watch but if your like me i'll compare it all the way though xxWww@QuestionHome@Com The movie was confusing and did not explain the story very well!. The book, on the other hand, was very well written and a great story!.
