Did anyone else read the book "The Secret"?...?

Question: Did anyone else read the book "The Secret"!?!.!.!.!?

I read the book a while ago and I've been trying to embrace the concepts into my life!. Unfortunately, I feel like I haven't gotten anything I wanted out of the "catalog of the Universe" as they call it in the book!.
If I could just hear some success stories I think it would put me at ease!.

YES! watch the dvd!. dont give up!!.!.!. (you know that!) i watched it and was all about it, and must addmit i got off track, but im trying really hard!. it did work for me in may cases!. i got my dream car, i said i wanted to date a guy that was doing work outside my office!.!.!. he asked me out!. just keep at it!.!. also get the audio so you can listen to it in the car :) good luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com

I won this book at work in a raffle!. Intresting prize!.

My sup at the time told me that she read the book and it was great!.

I tried to read it!. I really, truly tried!. I tried to think positive!. I tried to be positive!. I just can't!

I am just a glass half full kind of gal!.!.!.!.although I didn't use to be!.

The only thing I took away from the book was "assume positive intent"!.

Honey, the book is about how u should be positive reguarding what ever your sistuation!?!?!?!?!?!? Good or Bad!.
see mines for sample: I just got reunited with my ex, whom I have a daughter with him- she's 14yrs old!. we were together for 9mons we are both christians for the past 5yrs of our lives, that kinda why we hookup!. I even moved from MIami, florida to North Carolina just to be with him!.
but after all of this time he cheated on me, and I had to move by my self and get a job(cuz I didn't work when we were together) and I don't have any family here to lean on!. Yes, I cryed my eyes out for 2days and then I did me!?!?
I went to do what I had to do, get my sh!t together, live my life!.
with my head up!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.for my kids sake too!.!.!.!.

I read it once as a punishment (LOL, my dad thought it would enforce some good principles in my life)!. I like Young Adult fiction, so it wasn't my favorite genre, but it wasn't bad either!.

It hasn't helped me very much--basically all it's done is make me a more positive person!. Which is good!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

well yes i didnt read the book but ii saw the movie its baisicaly wrking around the law of attraction whitch wahterver out want to happen for me i forced my self to dream about my dad coming bak and a few months latr the hospital called and he was alive i cried and cried sob*Www@QuestionHome@Com

I read it too, and I really liked it!. I tried to live it out for a day or two but got lazy and forgot!. I'm not sure if it's entirely true you know, but I think the concept is good, usually the better and more positive thoughts you think the happier you will be!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
