Is the book of Atonement any good?

Question: Is the book of Atonement any good!?

Is it a good book, I'm considering on buying it this weekend, as I'm in love with the film, I was wondering if it's any good!.

It's excellent, but of course, it's a bit different from the movie!. I had a better sense of what was going on in the story at the beginning of the movie, but I thought the book handled the second half of the story better!. The movie sorta glided over a lot of the aspects of guilt and atonement!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Brilliant book!. I haven't seen the film as I didn't want to spoil my mental imagery of the characters - as so often happens in film where one is obliged to take on board the screen writer's version!. I don't often re-read my books, but this one I did and will do so again!. Don't hesitate buy and enjoy!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I found it really difficult to get into, as if it was written in the style of 'And this happened, and that happened, and this was said, and that was said!.!.!.' but I think I should give it another go - millions of people can't be wrong about the book!Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think Atonement is a good book!. It's a little slow to get through at first, and the middle was not good for me, but the story as a whole is quite good!. I just love the title: Atonement!.!.!. for some reason I think it's awesome!Www@QuestionHome@Com

It is wonderful! It is so beautifully written you will want to re-read it right away! The best part is that you are seeing a lot more into the characters heads and hearts - what they are thinking, feeling, etc!.!.!.
Definitely check it out!.
