Who is your favourite John Irving character?

Question: Who is your favourite John Irving character!?

I am pretty obsessed with the uniqueness and complexity of many of John Irving's characters!.

My favourite would have to be Garp!.!.!.which I know is pretty obvious but he is just so frustrating, funny, arrogant, childish, spontaneous and his values really strike a chord with me!.

My favorite John Irving book is called "A Prayer For Owen Meany"
It's a great book about 2 very different people from 2 very different worlds becoming the best of friends and changing eachothers lives!.

I love the characters in this book, especially the main characters, John and Owen!. Their friendship spans decades and remains strong through so much that happens!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
