Question: Help with name ideas!?

I'm writing a story about [I'm only going to write little detail here] a group of people who sets out to kill any newborn who is born by someone under the age of twenty, due to population problems [sounds kind of sad, I know!.]
What would be a good name for that group of people!?

How about some sort of reference to historical rituals/groups that did infanticide or human sacrifices!? Basically you're describing a group that's sacrificing children!.

Maybe check out http://en!.wikipedia!.org/wiki/Child_sacri!.!.!. and do a twist on a culture's name or ritual!?

I only skimmed through it, but I think The Capacocha sounds good!. (inca culture, human sacrifice, mainly using children)

Basically,they'd be run by the government, but they wouldn't have the acronym because they're more of an unofficial group!.

Otherwise, if you want a government acronym, I'd go with Bureau of Abating Birthing Youngsters/Youth, or BABY!.

I like the idea of using letters to identify the group - especially since government organizations are often referred to by their letters: FBI, CIA, ATF, DEA, ICE, etc!.!.!.
