I need help writing a letter saying i don't need him to be my editor anymore!?
I set up services that people could just read my story and edit it and send it back!. When the notice went out, two people responded and edited my work!. the first let's call him [E] sent back a great response, helped me edit it, adn was nice!. then the second editor [S] did a stinky job!. I don't need S anymore, and so i have to email him saying i won't be giving him teh documents!.
but i don't know how
i need someone to write a letter explaining that i have another editor and i don't need his assistance anymore!.
i just need to tell him he doesn't need to be my editor, not ignore him

It should be kept short and impersonal!. State what you want and thank the man for his time!. You never know if you might run the full circle and need this gentleman to help you again sometime!. It is a small world!. I never want to sour any professional relationship!. Besides it is not personal, it is just business!.
