Try the Books of Pellinor by Alison Croggon!. The Naming, The Riddle, and the Crow are all out now in stores!. The fourth book, The Singing, is the last and is coming out sometime in September!. These are a great fantasy read!. The main character is a girl named Maerad!. I have read the first two and love them! So far there is some romance but no sex!. Here is a link to a page for a summary for all the books:

http://booksofpellinor!.com/pellinor/inde!.!.!.

Another good fantasy series is The Wind of Fire trilogy by William Nicholson!. The Wind Singer, Slaves of the Mastery, and Firesong are the books in order and though they are considered children's books I feel that they are more for teens (the first book was more of a kids read but the second and third are more for pre-teens and teens)!. I'm 19 but still LOVE these books!. Again there is romance but no sex!. Here's a link to the Wikipedia page on it!. It'll tell you about the series and author!. Just scroll down the page til you see the links to the three different books and click on them for a summary:

Secret Sacrament by Sherryl Jordan is another fantasy read that involves romance and maybe a scene of sex (but it's not detailed and is for teens)!. If you can find it anywhere I suggest it!.

And I ALWAYS suggest The Lord of the Rings by J!.R!.R!. Tolkien!. Good clean pure fantasy!. And a great read! Good luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com

I also love the Twilight series and i know what your daughter means when you read a really good book and you think you can never find one just as good!.!.!.however there are tons and tons of books that are great!

You should tell her to read Sabriel by Garth Nix ( also two other books after called Lirael and The Abhorsen) Really good books especially if shes into the fantasy genre!.

also opening horizons are helpful for finding books that are either just as good or better!.
The Anne of Green Gables series is a must and it is a classic and a book that all girls can love :DWww@QuestionHome@Com

You mean, with the vampire/love kinda thing!? You can try Uninvited, or the House of Night!. I've never read Uninvited, but I've read a description and it sounded pretty good!. I'm 14 and I also loved the Warrior Heir - the series isn't finished yet, just two books out and another coming out later this year!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Well, Harry Potter is always a good fantasy book, i bet you have probably read that if you love reading!. I would try the series by Cornelia Funke!. The books are Inkspell, Inkheart, and Inkdeath!. She also wrote the book Dragon Rider!.
Another suggestion might be the Artemis Fowl series!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

k i absolutely love the twilight series!. i recommend for a 14 year old these books
witch season series
vampire beach series
all fantastic books as far as I'm concernedWww@QuestionHome@Com

I don't know!.!.!. I loved the Twilight series, but I also love to read Cornelia Funke books!.!.!. like Inkheart, Inkspell, Dragon Rider, The Theft Lord!.!.!. etc!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

These are some of my favorites, and I am about the same age, so I think she would like these!. I like similar books, like the Twilight series, I thought that was absolutely amazing! These had not the some effect as Twilight, but they did make me stay up like too late on a school night to read them, so I hope she likes them!
