Question: Do you think Hermione received private lessons from McGonagall!?
We know McGonagall did her best in getting Hermione the time-turner, what with sending the hundred letters to the Ministry!. They also have similar views, like in the third book, when Hermione doesn't approve of Harry's Firebolt, and neither does Minerva McGonagall, etc!.!.!. What do you think!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

I believe McGonagall did give private lessons to Hermione!. J!.K!. Rowling did say she knows things about her characters that she doesn't feel the need to put in the books!. McGonagall and Hermione are so much alike I'm sure McGonagall felt a likeness to her!. Dumbledore might have even told her to watch over Hermione to make like he did Harry!. Although, if that is true you would think someone would be looking out for Ron!.!.!.but then again it's Ron!. It would make since about the time turner because I don't believe they would ever use the time turner for any other student!. Hermione is a bright young girl but some of the things she knows she can't just read about, she would have to have experience with!. This was a good question! I love answering it, that was a really good thought!. I hoped this helped!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think it's certainly possible, even though it isn't in the series!. They really do have very similar points of views and personalities, and with the amount of attention Dumbledore gave Harry, with Dumbledore knowing how close Harry and Hermione were and seeing Hermione's potential, it would certainly make sense that he ask McGonagall to tutor Hermione along the same lines that he was tutoring and watching over Harry!.

That being said, since it isn't in the books, there's no way of verifying it without asking J!.K!. Rowling herself!. But that's the beauty of ambiguity and fan fiction! There's no need for confirmation, as long as it isn't contradicted in the series!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

No, I don't think so!. Hermoine was given the time turner because McGonagall knew that if she didn't have SOMETHING to help manage her many classes, she would probably suffer from a stress-induced panic attack!. I think they liked each other a lot, but I don't think it was to the point of private lessons!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You know, that's an interesting point!. I never thought about that, but it would make sense!. After all, Hermione is particularly good at Transfiguration, and you have to wonder!.!.!.also, McGonagall does have points where she seems to show a soft spot for Hermione, and vice versa!. So you may well be right!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Having lessons with her wouldn't give her the same views anyway!. Besides, McGonagall probably helped her that way with the Time-Turner because the admires and relates to her devotion to her studies!. They seem to think a lot alike!. Hope I helped!Www@QuestionHome@Com

NO because Hermione was too busy battling VOLDEMORT with her best friend Harry James Potter and lover Ronald Weasley! and knitting those hats or socks for elves took up all her spare study timeWww@QuestionHome@Com

well Hermione Doesn't need private lessons did she!?

she was quite well off!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.and probably thats why Minerva tried her best to get her a time-turner!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
