Question: Does anyone know of any stories that are like Gone with the WInd!?

I loved the relationship between Scarlett and Rhett!. I was wondering if anyone knew a book that involved people like them!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Lonesome Dove by Larry McMurtry!. I compare it to Gone With the Wind because it is also such an epic story, and I couldn't put it down, just like with GWTW!. Lonesome Dove does have some romance, not quite like Rhett and Scarlett (because I don't know if anyone can compare), but it's there and it still made me feel for the characters!. I actually cried quite a bit at the end, just like with GWTW!.

I also suggest Les Miserables, one of the greatest stories in the history of the universe!. =] It's all about love and redemption during the life of Jean ValJean!. But it definently has great romatic relationships, especially between Marius and Cosette!Www@QuestionHome@Com

"Jane Eyre" has a very strong and strange relationship between a rich, powerful, sarcastic man and the headstrong governess he hires!. It's a good one, if you like those tumultuous relationships that develop, over time, into true love!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
