The book "Aztec" has sibling incest, which is very important to the plot!. If you are doing a book report you're in luck because it takes place in the first few chapters!. I don't know of any specific books, but any on the following areas would probably mention it:
Hawaiian royalty (pre-statehood), Caligula, Commodus!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
