Question: What book is the movie "The Happening" like!?

It was some horror movie where people committ suicide and other horrific deaths en masse and only children and selected adults survive, in the end it turned out it was an act of God!.!.!. i'm pretty sure its not "The Cell" by stephen King any ideas!?Www@QuestionHome@Com
