According to Contemporary Authors, his agent's address is:

Agent: Carl Brandt, Brandt & Brandt, 101 Park Ave!., New York, NY 10017!.

Try writing a letter to his publisher and request for his address!. or they might even forward your letter straight to the author if you put his name on the envelope!. Though, I think it's better to ask the publisher of what to do, first!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
