Check out some of Ellen Hopkins books, my favorites are Impulse and Glass (Glass is a sequel to another book, Crank)
I've also heard that Tweak is a really good book, I'm probably going to read that one next!.!.!.!. Not sure if it has much of a story line though


As for what they're about, for Tweak and Glass, you can probably guess, they're about people who become addicted to meth, you'd have to click the links I gave you, because there's more to it than that!. Impulse is about three teens in a phyciactric hospital, and kind of like their struggles and them trying to get better!. Both Impulse and Glass are written in free-verse!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

One young adult book I enjoy is called "Twilight" it is by Stephenie Meyer!. You may or may not have read this, but it is a romance/thriller/mystery/horror story at once!.
Here's a synopsis:

When seventeen year-old Bella Swan leaves sunny Arizona to live with her father in the small and gloomy Pacific North-West town of Forks she doesn’t expect to like it!. After all she has made excuses not to go there enough times over the past few years!. If living in Forks, with its constant mist and rain, wasn’t bad enough she will have to make a whole new set of friends and settle into a new school!.

Bella soon makes some new friends at school but when she sees a boy called Edward Cullen sitting with his brothers and sisters in the cafeteria she is instantly intrigued!. Edward is stunningly attractive, almost inhumanly beautiful, and yet he is an outsider too!. Although Edward and his family have lived in Forks for two years they have never really been accepted by the townsfolk!.

At first Edward is aloof, sometimes it almost seems like he can’t stand to be in the same room as her, but eventually they strike up an unlikely friendship!. Even as Bella falls hopelessly and irrevocably in love with Edward, she still can’t work out exactly what makes him so different to everyone else!.

On a trip to the beach, Bella is told of the local legend about the “cold ones”, a group of blood drinkers who have sworn off hunting humans but are still not welcome on Indian land because vampires are not to be trusted!. Edward and his whole family are vampires!. Edward himself was made a vampire when he was seventeen years-old, although that was at the end of World War I!. For Edward his love for Bella is both a delight and a torment!. A delight because she is the first person he has loved since he was made a vampire!. The Glass Castle by Jeanette Walls --an autobiography about very unusual parents, and their kids raising themselves in changing situations!.
Walls is a good writer!.
Good emotions, good pace!.

The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian by Sherman Alexie --also very close to autobiography!.
Alexie's protagonist goes through a great many things Alexie went through himself!.
This one made me laugh outloud, get sad, get glad again!.!.!. a nice ride, here!. Alexie got the Nat'l Book Award for Young Adult for this in '07!. (He is Spokane!.)Www@QuestionHome@Com

Yes, Twilight is a great book!.

I also reccomend The Clique!. This one is more about emotions!.

When I first got this book, I thought it would be awful!. But after reading the first few pages, I felt myself getting sucked in!.

Here is a brief summary:

Massie Block: She rules the social scene at Octovian Country Dayschool!. From her extreme confidence to her Jimmy Choo boots, she knows you'd give anything tobe just like her!.

Dylan Marvil: Massie's second in command, wo divides her between sucking down Atkin's diet shakes and sucking up to Massie!.

Alicia Rivera: As sneaky as she is beautiful, Alicia is the girl no one gets mad at since they don't want to see her sad!. She is a total spanish beauty!. Would give anything to take Massie's thrown one day!. JUst might!.

Kristen Gregory: Can insult you to tears faster then you can say "My haircut isn't ugly!"

2 books that come to mind are by James Patterson!. They are Sam's letters to Jennifer and Susan's diary to Nicholas!. They are both excellent stories!. The first one is about letters that were written by one of her relatives!. It is kinda hard to explain!. Both really are but I read both of them in about 5 hours cause I couldn't put them down!. I recommend you to read The Isle of Passion by Laura Restrepo!. You can Look at any of these two libraries!. Which are my favourite one because they always have
everything that I ever wanted!.
