The clique is an excellent series if you are 12 to 15 in age!. I really like it!. The first couple of books are boring but the rest of the series is really interesting and would be a good summer read!. The Gossip Girl series is written for older teens (15+) and deals with many teen issues like drugs, sex and teen relationships!. Maybe watch the TV show a bit to see if it interests you!. If it doesn't, I would fully recommend in reading the "clique summer" books!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I have only read the first 2 of the clique series and I wasn't that impressed!. Maybe because I am getting older and not really into that young adult type genre!. I've heard of Gossip Girl and even seen a few minutes of the show on tv!. I didn't really like it because it involves sex and stuff like that!. If I had to choose, I would pick the clique, but like other people have said!.!.!.neither is really worth your time!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

They are anti-feminist, disgusting books!. The characters serve as bad role models for young girls!. They make them think it's "okay" to have an eating disorder, have casual sex, do drugs, and drink!.
