I want to send copies of my photos from an event to the promoters, to use as they see fit!. All I want in return is credit as the photographer!. I will include the following statement with the photos:
By my submission of these photos to XYZ, I agree that these images can be used on their website(s) or for promotional uses!. XYZ will print "Photos Courtesy of SQ+2" legibly, crediting myself as the photographer and will notify me by emailing me the links or mailing me copies of the publications for my portfolio!. Thank you for your consideration!.
