Question: Please offer honest critique of my photog!.!.!.!?
I am seriously considering taking some photography classes to generate a 2nd (badly) needed source of income!. I would like some honest, constructive critiques of my pictures!. If I have absolutely zero talent or there is nothing original about these, then please let me know so I don't waste my time or money!. Thank you to anyone who can be tactful and honest!

I couldn't find a way to make them big enough to actually see, but judging from the thumbnails they look like heavily processed snapshots!. I would like to have seen the church bigger!. The others held no interest for me!. I wouldn't say you have no talent!. but rather you have undeveloped possibilities!. There are many avenues to learn more of the craft of photography!. Take a class if possible and affordable, study the work of other photographers, read the photo magazines, visit your library or bookstore for good reads and instructional material, and visit good websites like Photo!.net, Kodak!.com, betterphoto!.com and others!. Practice and just keep at it!. Best wishes!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I'm only 13 and I do photography as well
I think they have a story to tell and are very inspirational
I love the second one very!.!.!. simple but complicated
I don't think u hve to worry about them looking bad because they are really prettyWww@QuestionHome@Com

I wouldn't say you have no talent whatsoever!. They're pretty decent (sorry) and i wouldn't give up!. The best Idea would be to forget about photography as a second income for now, shoot Absolutely loads and then come back to the idea in a few years when you've improved!. Photography classes will help a little but it takes time to become good!. Save your money and buy "basic photography" by michael langford or use the wealth of free online tutorials and forums!.

It could be a 2nd income in the future but just not right nowWww@QuestionHome@Com

Personally, I think those pictures look like they were taken by an amateur - I've seen them a million times (and I've taken them myself): a sunset/rise, a photoshopped up the tree shot, B&W picture of a tree with bad exposure, another tree, and a church photo with pretty colors!. But the most important thing in my opinion is that you haven't proven that you can take pictures of people - because that's where most of the money is - weddings/senior portraits/etc!. You could make money off landscapes or selling stock images, but that's different - that stuff requires stuff like thinking out of the box and just being a good photographer in general!.

I also don't believe you will need to pay for photography classes just yet!. Most of the stuff they teach can be found online or in books!. Of course, everyone learns differently!. I just think if you're short on cash, you shouldn't chance it and spend money on a class when you don't have to!. If you have the drive to become better, you could probably make a little cash off to the side - just don't expect it to be instant cash!. You'll probably need a year or so of practice and most likely a new camera, lenses, and accessories!.

I take photos for fun, not money!.!.!.

In any case, good luck!. Keep shooting!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Wow! The Rapture and Church one were definitely my favorite!. Trust me, you have talent, and i think taking the class will be something that you would be good at!. The classes will not only be useful but enjoyable as well!. Truthfully you are the only one who can answer your question!. Go with what you feel, your passion!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
