well if you just want something strictly online you can use picnik!.com!. it's a nice little editor if you don't need to do anything too fancy!. if you out grow that you should try gimp!. it's a bit of scaled down version of photoshop!. better than elements but not quite as good as cs3!. but still very powerful and lots of capability!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I agree with Carnaby fudge, Picnik has great tools to fix blemishes and red eye, you cant make super drastic though!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
