On bills, you know how you cut the bottom portion along the dotted line and send it in with the check!?
What is the tool to make the dotted line called!?

I've most often heard them called, "Perforators!." If you're going pro and looking to invest, check the printing equipment suppliers!. If you're doing a small job and want to get buy cheap, go to a fabric store and look in the doo-dads aisle!. I don't think they're called perforators there, but they are little, spiked rollers that are used for marking patterns!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
