Question: Is there a site that will let me print out large letters (just one at a time per page)in chosen font for art!?
I'm just trying to do an art project and I know this is so simple I feel like an idiot but I'm sure someone can help me out!. I want to print out fairly large letters one at a time per letter size page in a chosen bold font!. I am wanting to glue initials onto glass plates for display but can't find a site (or even program) that will let me enlarge the letters enough!. Anyone!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

First, you don't need any particular site to do this when you have a perfectly good word processor application right in front of you, on your computer!.

Whether you use Microsoft Word, works, or ANY word processor, you can make the font size as large as you want!. Most of the more popular ones will drop down a list of suggested font sizes when you click the field to change the font size, but you are not limited to the ones that pop up!.

Instead, in the field that shows you the current font size, you can type in whatever point size you want!. Just keep one thing in mind, and you can make the letters as large as you can fit on the page: 72 points, in any font equals about one inch!. To make the math easy, you can round this off to 75 points per inch!. So, if you want a letter ten inches tall, that works out to 750 points!.

Just type in 750 in the font size field and then type the letter!. Print it out and, "voila!"Www@QuestionHome@Com

Type the letters in a word document in the font you want and enlarge it as much as you can!.
One at a time, copy and paste the letters into a program like paint, which lets you edit pictures!.
Use the tool that looks like a box made of dashed lines to re-select the letters in paint!.
Paste them back into a word document, where they will now be considered images, and use the arrows on the outside to make them as big as you would like!
!.!.!.Sounds complicated but it's really simple promise :)Www@QuestionHome@Com
