The technique is called "selective color" and it can be produced in several ways!.

Most Canons, some Sonys, and a few other cameras have a selective color (Canon calls its scene mode "Color Accent") feature readily available!. Consult your manual to find out if yours has this feature and, if so, how to use it!. If your camera does not have such a feature, the same thing can be done in post processing with little effort!.
