To get complimentary colors you would take say violet for example, and go directly across from that, to yellow, and those are complimentary colors!. Oddly enough!. I thought it was crazy at first too!. But it's how it is!. Lol!.

If you're talking in general if they look good together, than yes of course!. I love black and white together!. And they work together quite well!. But they're not TECHNICALLY complimentary!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

no i dont think so!. i always thought that black and white were shades!. And besides, complimentary colors are supposed to neutralize each other!. for example if you color your hair and it turns green you would use a red tint to get rid of the green!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
