A RETOUCHING emergency...?

Question: A RETOUCHING emergency!.!.!.!?

I have a photo that needs a little retouching: I took a pic in the mirror and the flash is reflecting in the mirror!. I just need someone to retouch out that flash!.!.!. I need to send this pic TODAY, ASAP, as a Thanksgiving e-card!! (My friend who promised to do it for me is not helping me!!!) :-( What can I do!?!?!? Any ideas!?!? How do I find someone to do this for me, on Thanksgiving day!?!?!?
