This is not your typical My Space Photo!. I like the composition and the lighting, maybe just a little too much light on the left side!.

In portraits like this the key is to focus on the eyes!. If the eyes are in sharp focus, then the rest will fall into place!. Use manual focus, and a tripod so that you can use a High F stop an get good depth of field!.

Play with bracketing to get the perfect exposure!. You have a beautiful model, so make the most of it!.

Keep up the good work!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

1!. Rotate the picture 90 degrees clockwise!.
2!. Darken the right eyebrow, and the bright highlights just above and below the right eyebrow - so they are the same density as the surrounding area!.

You want the eyes to be the focal point, but the eyebrow and the highlights above and below draw your attention away!.

The pictures on the link below is what you are going for:

Lauren Bacall invented this look - in fact they call it "The Look" - especially the picture in the "Dark Passage" poster near the middle of the web page!.

Her first film with Humphrey Bogart was "To Have and Have Not"!. Bogart was like a "god" back then and in their first scene she was shaking so bad that the only way she could stop shaking was to put her head down against her chest - which means she had to look up!. When they saw the test film the next day, she had unwittingly invented the sexy, sultry look that became her trademark!. You have captured it nicely!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

the lighting is real good, it brings out special features in which i, as a man, look for in a lady!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

the light hits her eyes and brings out the color while also hitting her lips which makes it look lustful!.!.!.!.!.!.

the picture is annoying because you have to tilt your head to the side to look at it properlyWww@QuestionHome@Com

i like the idea, but it's way too close up!.
try shrinking it down in size, and it should be fine!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

it is very good and it could be smaller though but nicely doneWww@QuestionHome@Com
