Question: Can i use Acrylic Emulsion for sealing my hand painted sneakers!?

Use an acrylic gloss medium!. It will go on cloudy and dry clear!. It will not only render your shoes flexible, they will also be water resistant and the colors will be more brilliant!.
Let that gloss dry overnight and make SURE the paint underneath the top coat is 100% DRY before you put it on!. One coat is sufficient!.

(Don't paint the gloss on the rubber components of the shoes!.!.!.only over the painted fabric!.)

Look--check out these sneakers I painted!.!.!.They're UBER cool!^^

I designed them last April in Berlin and they are still in fine shape even after enduring the rain and wear!.!.!.!.

not really, may cause blurry effect, and depends on what paints were used, to be compatible with, if you used tri-chem fabric paints, there may be chemical reaction, there are other acrylic based clear coats there would be better suited, also you could test on a piece of cloth material, and could leave as is, if painting is already acrylic based, too much paint could also cause cracking when in use,
