Sorry I'm not sure but you could try something like this:
Court = Base of a shoe box/box!.
Grass = Green paint
Net posts = 4 plain white straws stuck in a little part of green playdough, to keep the straws in place!.
Nets =netting from the apple packaging,peach packaging

Is it a 3D model on a computer!? Using 3ds max, maya, C4D!?
or is it an actual model using store bought materials!.
If its in the computer i can help
make a plane set the ammount to what looks right for a tennis court!.!. if you want to be super accurate go research how big one is and convert to your 3D programs units!. Then find a texture on the internet of a tennis court and apply it to the plane and then just get two cylinders where the net should be put them on either end and if you are using 3ds max create a box and size it to fit in between those two (make it really thin), go to the modifiers tab and select latice!. Make sure that you have like 300x50 sections!. Once you latice it it should atleast resemble a tennis net!. take off the ends and mess with the settings!. I dont know the lattice funtion in C4d but im sure there is one, and in maya also!.
