Anyway, I remember being at Morning Glory (this little asian cartoon-y store) and they had this jar that you could buy filled with 1300 strips of paper and little markers!. The store employee said that if you make 1000 stars (the other 300 pieces of paper were extras I guess!.!.!.) then you can make a wish and it'll come true!.
This seems like something fun & cute to do on rainy days!. What's this called, and where can I buy them now!? (I'm not sure if morning glory still sells them!.!.!.)
