Question: How do you photosnap a picture!?

i don't have nero photosnap and can't download it but i do have paint and microsoft picture manager and i'm trying to do something cool to my pics!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

"something cool" is a pretty vague concept, but perhaps you should check out www!.picnik!.com and www!.fotoflexer!.com, I'm sure some of their effects options are "cool"!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
