Question: Have you ever heard of the Canon Ultrasonic lenses!?

Ok, so I was looking at a camera on ebay (Canon XT) and I showed a lens on the camera which model was the Canon EF Ultrasonic 35-105 mm lens!. I don't think I've ever heard of the Ultrasonic line before!. The lens isn't even on the Canon website!. Have you heard of this before!? If you have is it a good lens!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Yes, it's usually written as USM which means Ultrasonic Motor!. It helps make the auto focusing faster, more accurate, and quieter!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

ultrasonic, i guess it might have to do with the blur!. many crappy cameras suck because of this!. never heard of that!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

Yeah, Canon marks them USM!.
