i download all my pictures to photobucket, and from there i usually just fix blemishes and make my pics black and white or change the contrast, but i want to do things like put bubble letters in my picture like "i <3 you" or whatever!. and i want to change my eye color, make my skin look tanner and stuff!.
im not smart or very good with computers or stuff like this!. can i do that kind of stuff on photobucket!.!.or is there a website where i can do that for free [without downloading a program] or do i need something else to do that!!?
please help!
