I need to make a bottle cap hat for my Halloween costume (I'm dressing up as a soft drink)! Do you have any creative ideas on how I can make a bottle cap (like off of a glass bottle of soda)!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Use an upside down tin pie plate, they look kind if ridged on the edges like a pop cap!. And you can either paint it with enamel, like those little bottles for painting model cars, OR!.!.!. you could just cut out a cardboard section from a case!.

get a round wooden serving tray that has a lip on it!. use the top as the bottom!. paint it whatever color and put the logo on the bottom which is now the top!. attach it to a billess baseball cap so it will stay on your head!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

may be some card board or bristol board cut out on shape, and round edge added, then tape or paper mache layers together, and paint, or add layer of tin foil with crimps around sides,
