No tripods, no photos of special exhibits, photos for personal use only!.
(Most museums have a policy that states existing light photos only, no flash, but you can ask that if you go!.) Www@QuestionHome@Com

In Australia you can as long as you disable your flash!.
Ask at the desk!. While photography in Australian Art Galleries is allowed it is only in certain areas, that where items that belong to the gallery are displayed!. You are not allowed to photograph items from a visiting exhibition!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
