Question: Where can I find an action figure to purchase that is copyright free!?

I want to take photographs of action figures in various scenes and be able to use the pictures however I want (sell)!. Where can I find some sort of figures that are copyright free so that I can use them however I want!? I may be asking the wrong question or using the wrong terminology so please let me know if I need to give further clarification!.!.!. and thanks for the help!

Try an art supply store!. They have pose-able figures for art that probably fit GI Joe size clothes!. They usually have no facial features, but a little modeling clay and paint could give you different faces on all your figures!.

Your best bet is to find something that's sufficiently old that the copyright has expired!.

You can always examine the action figure to see if there are any copyright markings!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you actually own the action figures and you were using them for a diorama or some sort of fine art I think you could do it!.
