I imagine in the US and Canada there is a lot of nude models available but are they more expensive than say nude models in Russia, Ukraine and the Czech Republic for example!?

Going through an agency is quite costly, regardless of the country in question!. I was able to produce a nude calendar using regular people as models!. And the project turned out to be a wonderful experience because of the respect that is shown between the photographer and his model(s)!.
