Hello my friend, I just install googles (Picasa 3 Beta) and it is awesome It does more that picasa 2 !.So my opinion is to give it a try and it is Free!. Type in googles search window for the beta version!. Good Luck!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I like Phoenix!. It’s an image editor that works just like Photoshop!. It’s got magic wands, layers, masks, blends!. It’s web-based!. It was just launched today to the general public!.
Phoenix is part of suite by Aviary and it has a very good free version!.
