Some professional artists use LOMO cameras as one of their tools, but don't expect National Geographic to hire you for a shoot if you don't have a full 35 mm or DSLR system and at least ten years of experience!.

Have you been to school yet!? Taken some classes in traditional photography!? There are certain minimum skill sets you have to have as well as many years of experience that are necessary if you expect to work as a pro!.

* Enough school so you can shoot with any camera (film or digital), under any conditions and on demand produce professional quality images
* Enough experience as an assistant or staff photographer to learn the business of the photo biz!.
* Attend professional photographer organizations meetings like ASMP or NPPA

And no, LOMO cameras are not digital cameras!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

holga is a plastic medium format camera that is known for it's light leaks and quirky behavior!. I have one, it's fun to play with!. The diana is about the same, but I am not sure if it's 35 or medium format!. The action sampler is 35mm!.

Can you be professional with a LOMO camera!? Depends on what you mean by professional!. I don't think anyone would pay you to shoot a wedding with one or any serious event!. If you master using one however you might find an art niche that loves them!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

Lomo, Holga, and Diana are film cameras and the only practical professional aspect of using a Lomo camera is in Fine Art!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
