Question: Plotter/Printer-Sticker maker- Vinyl!?

Is there a plotter and a printer combo machine!?
If so what’s a reasonable- middle of the road one available for medium to small custom sticker making!? Not a cheap no name brand!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

A plotter/printer!?
They do the same job but in different sizes and/or ways!.
Plotters have inkjet based printing while printers can use laser or inkjet to get the job done!.
