Question: The name of a painting/artist!.!?
The painting depicts a beheaded man reaching for his head!. A burst of light glows above his neck as he reaches over!. His head is surrounded by a rim of light!. There are other decapitated figures in the painting as well!. One of them has a halo!. There is a bloody ax in the foreground and man in a white robe with his hands in the air in the background!. It sounds like it could be based on John the Baptist, a lot of Renaissance painters depicted him- you could try searching that subject!.!.!. not much help i know!Www@QuestionHome@Com
