those options may vary on whether its school or for town, leadership is the teachers, staff, or sport coaches in school, for town they could be town council, industrial heads of office (white hats), or of fire and police services,

you could have a referee blowing whistle, or traffic officer guiding vehicles, or someone crossing a finish line, paramedics, handicap bus driver helping passengers, search & rescue , national guards helping people in flood or disaster areas, red cross handing out food supplies,
even with students helping rake leaves, or lending a hand with heavy chores, cleaning windows, bailing hay, piling wood, moving furniture,

draw some ideas on paper, of things you might do to help others, place them around to fit, move them in poster format, have title and text large enough to read, and some contrast in colors, using school colors,
