Hi Anna, You are really improving!.
If you want to take it to the next level next time, when shading the iris make it dark on one side and light on the other!. Have the darkest bit under the highlight, then graduating to the lightest part on the side opposite the highlight!.
This gives the effect of light reflecting through the transparent skin and onto the other side of the iris!. It creates tremendous depth!. However, if you're looking to make it seem more realistic, remember that the eye itself is round!. So in the corners of the eye, the white part should be a bit more rounded off than what you've got here!. =)

Really, great job on this!. I think my favorite parts are the eyelashes and the reflection of the eyelashes in the shine on the iris of the eye!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Great work! Like Dani said, the eyeball itself needs a little more rounding, by shading the corners carefully!. One more thing to consider is that in a natural, relaxed look, the upper eyelid does cover some of the iris!. If you show the entire iris, then the eye has a look of surprise!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Yes, I do think it is very natural!. However being that you asked "any critique is appreciated"!. I think that if it were painted in color it would appear more realistic, and the frame can be the same color as the eye!. Blue/green eyes would be outstanding!.
