Question: Is it Ok to use white as book cover's color!?
Now I'm doing some book project, however I had to choose one from both color to be the cover!. One is ocean blue, one is white!.

The ocean blue is nice but I just had white color as text!.
The white is nice, I can use blue and gray as text, but will it easy to get dirt!?

You have put your finger on the problem: white book covers show the dirt!. How noticeable it will be depends on the material the cover is made of: regular bookcloth is pretty tough and can be wiped clean, smooth and shiny board is also easier to clean!. Delicate, porous paper isn't so good if the book will be handled a lot, but if it's only going to be used for the one project perhaps this doesn't matter!.

If you're doing a full-on bookbinding job you could also consider using a contrasting colour for the spine!. A white cover with blue spine and blue/gray text would look nice, and wouldn't show the dirt on the part of the book that people handle most!. The blue or gray should wrap around the spine and extend at least 10mm onto each cover!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
