How do you make a picture black & white except for two spots (like eyes)?

Question: How do you make a picture black & white except for two spots (like eyes)!?

I use picnik!.com for my editing, is there a way to do that with picnik!? if not what do i need to do that!? something thats on the internet, not that i have to buy!. THANKS!Www@QuestionHome@Com

just use picnik and go to "create" and use the effect black and white but use the paint brush and click revenrse and wola! i suck at explaining but yeah use picnik!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I grayscale the whole image first, then return it to RGB then adjust channels with only the pupils selected!.

But I do it in an editing program and I don't know if gimp or one of those online programs does that!.
