The good news is that this is not motion blur so in theory it can be recovered some!. I pulled your picture into GIMP and applied some moderate unsharp mask!. I think that the result is acceptable but that is based on a small copy of your original!.

GIMP is free software just in case you can't locate unsharp mask on CS3!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Unfortunately, I had actually just tried to de-blur a picture on photoshop!. The only thing we could really do is change the curve of the picture, sharpness, and brightness/contrast of the picture!. It helps the picture a little bit, but there is really no too much more you can do!.

If you can use another picture, you may want to, or maybe look for other options!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

It may be blurry, but it looks more like grain to me!. try bracketing your shots and make sure there is enough light in the room!.

As far as repairing it--- I don't know, I guess some of the other answers are better for that!.

don't let your iso get too high-- it looks like that's exactly what happened in the picture you postedWww@QuestionHome@Com

It's not possible with ANY program to make something without detail gain something it doesn't have to begin with!.

I could improve the effects but not the sharpness!.

I wouldn't even try on something that small though!.

There's only so much sharpening you can achieve with any photo program!. You can get a little back, but it's hard to fix when you have little detail!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Okay, you can't really save the focus on this, so why not play with it!?

Nope!. Once its out of focus it stays out of focus, especially in this extent!. Unless of course you own one of the expensive forensic programs!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Too bad its really blurry, try filter>Sharpen>Smart Sharpen
Make sure preview is set and adjust what looks best to you!. It might help a little!Www@QuestionHome@Com

I don't think so!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
