I pulled your picture into GIMP and applied some moderate unsharp mask!. GIMP is free software just in case you can't locate unsharp mask on CS3!.Www@QuestionHome@Com Unfortunately, I had actually just tried to de-blur a picture on photoshop!. The only thing we could really do is change the curve of the picture, sharpness, and brightness/contrast of the picture!. It helps the picture a little bit, but there is really no too much more you can do!. If you can use another picture, you may want to, or maybe look for other options!.
