I just want to know how you that kind of border, or what program it's with!.!.!.is it photoshop, picnik or another!? PLease help!.!.!.thanks!.

well an easy way I can think of!.
oh photoshop

get your picture, make a new layer, color it black, get the square maquee, drag it across(you'll see what I mean) then clear, make another new layer, use the square marquee again and make another square (where the white is) then go up to edit>>>stroke>>> change the width to 2, and the color to white and then push ok!. ahhhh

you can find those frames practically anywhere it could be photoshop it could be camerastudio version 2!.0!.1 or i could be just a simple camerea studio effect that you cna put like on photo buket or somethingWww@QuestionHome@Com
