I can understand how you feel, I too wrestle with this and have been having one of "those days" myself!. If you ever want to just talk feel free to email me, I surely understand!. In fact I have just started a raw diet (fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds, cut out processed foods), after hearing and reading about it on tv and online, that story that CNN ran on Angela Stokes has really inspired me to do something about my own weight, she recommends starting out at 50-75% raw!. I have been following it for the last three weeks and have already lost a little bit, at least it's a starting point!. I keep a diet blog to help me keep track of what I eat, etc!., it seems to help!.

But I think any medical professional would agree that you are grossly overweight!. If you do not take care of that problem you will quickly suffer from knee joint problems, hypertension and diabetes!.
