Personally!? i do not like Hirst's work, i find the shark piece especially pitiful as this huge creature has been killed and suspended in a huge glass box!. I think the worst thing as well is that, unlike Pollock, Hirst cannot even say that his art is the process, as he doesn't even make his own work; he is the 'ideas man!.'

i feel modern art has really let us down, look at emin's 'my bed' and compare that to some of picassos work, although new paintings are supposedly making a comment on society, they are only ridiculously overpriced objects that do not show talent!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

no i do not consider them art!.
