Question: Tools for copy stand photography!?
I have a copy stand and take macro shots of small items!. I need some type of device, kinda like helping hands, that I can use to hold the objects still (and suspended in mid-air) while I adjust the camera settings!. also can you suggest some type of back drop!? Any suggestions!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

You might want to try a small "light tent" for macro photography!. You can either make one yourself or buy one for under $70!. I also recommend "jeweler's putty" for holding up rings and small objects as well as non-reflecting glass (usually called "museum glass" available at frame shops)!. By using the putty and glass held above the table of the stand, you will be able to produce shadowless images!. For backgrounds, I suggest black velvet, neutral gray, and white seamless paper to make then have no horizon!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
