Question: What programs and/or equipment do I need to edit my art work!?

I really am confused about all of this so I am going to try and explain this is best as I can, so please bear with me:
I draw just plain drawings and everything, but I would like to color it by computor or whatever I am supposed to CG with!. So someone told me I should use a tablet!. What do I really need!? Do I need any programs!? Is there any specific marks that are better then others!? Thank you in advance, I appriciate it alot!. Sorry if I wasn't very clear!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Well one of the most popular drawing programmes people use on the computer is Photoshop!. It's what I use!. It don't come cheap though!. Some people manage to download the software illegally, but I don't know how to do that!.

You will need a scanner for sure, to get the image onto the computer!.

You can get hold of cheap graphic tablets, if that's what you want to use, online or in shops!. I don't know what country you live in otherwise I'd list some shops!. But type 'graphics tablet' in search on ebay and some options will come up for you!.

Wacom make good tablets, lots of professional artists use Wacom!. They do tablets for beginners too, like the Bamboo range!. However you can start with a mouse and see how you feel about colouring on the computer first!. Tablets do make thing easier once you've grasped what you're doing!.

There are plenty of online tutorials to help you learn how to colour on the computer too!.
