Its pretty good, I would definatly go through and try to blend the edges so you dont see so many hard edges from the boxes!. (if you have a program to do so) And the type is a little small!. It also blends too much with the picture it is over!. It would look best over a darker image!. Then you would notice that a little more!.
I like the idea of the banner though with all the eyes!. Pretty neat :)

Everything about it is great except the image used second from the right side on the top!. The eyes look a bit psycho, while the rest look sultry!. They just don't seem to fitWww@QuestionHome@Com
