The one you are talking about is designed in Flash!. You would need extensive knowledge of the program to design one for yourself, of similar quality!. There are many people out there to do these for you!. You can go to a large company or even a private designer!. (Many post adds on Craigslist) Remember when hiring a designer you are paying for their extensive knowledge, and design skills so be prepared to compensate them well for it!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
