To answer your question exactly as you asked it!. The best acrylic and highest rated by artists is Golden!. It's also a little more expensive than the more common brands, like Liquitex or W&N!.

The second highest rated fully body acrylic paint is M!. Graham!.

I use them both!. The downside to M!. Graham is that a lot of artist supply stores don't carry the brand!. M!. graham is more popular on the East Coast!. Golden is carried in most better artist supply stores around the country!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
